A Description of Main Character’s Conflict in The Film ”Troy”

Abstract

This paper describes the conflict of the main characters in the film “Troy’ and explains why and how the conflict happened. The purpose of this study is to find out the types of conflict that arise between the characters in the film. This paper focuses on Achilles a Greek Warrior who seeks glory through heroics act in the battlefield in search of this glory he decided to join the Greek Army and travel to Troy to fight the Trojans in Troy hoping that this war would present him with all the glory and immortality he so desires and seek as the greatest warrior in all Greece. The conclusion to this is that the conflict revolves around Achilles and how he progresses through the war and conflict that he faced and how Achilles resolved his conflict through a series of actions in the film.
