This final assignment aims to discuss further about tak, including the process of making, function, benefits and use of tak in Japanese society. Tako is a traditional Japanese shell that has a variety of types, shapes and models that are adapted to the functions of such shell. The method used in this writing is the method of descriptive writing, and the data collection technique is done through reading literature or written sources such as books, articles related to Takos. Based on the data obtained, it shows that Takos that were first discovered in China 2000 years ago, and then in 649-794 AD entered Japan brought by Buddhist missionaries, Takos are made of paper that extends over a bamboo frame. The design is hexagonal and has supports on both sides and has a whistling voice in the air, has functioned as a tool to convey the secret messages of the Japanese empire in the time of the empire, but in modern times Takos serve as a traditional game of Japanese society very interesting.
