    Abstract
The process of testing and observing the agglutination/non agglutination reaction of red blood cells that have been treated with antisera/serum to determine a person's blood type and rhesus is still carried out by experienced people who rely directly on th eir eyes. Meanwhile, the eyes are greatly influenced by saturation or fatigue factors. So this method is less profitable for testing large quantities of blood samples. In this research, a tool was designed that can read human blood types electronically to make it easier to test large quantities of blood samples. Testing human blood type in this tool uses the ABO system. The tool designed consists of two pairs of light sensors, which are built from LDR components, and a controller system from Arduino. This t ool will detect the occurrence of agglutination/non agglutination reactions from blood samples tested with antisera through a sensor. The tool designed can also detect blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid by using an additional PPG sensor where the blood entered will be compared with the heart rate. Furthermore, the data from the sensor will be conditioned and processed directly by Arduino and the results will be displayed on a 4x20 LCD. Success rate 88%. This tool works by taking a blood sample which is then analyzed using a color sensor to determine blood type and an EC sensor to measure blood sugar levels. The data from the sensors is sent to the ESP32 microcontroller, which processes the data and displays the results on the LCD.
