dc.description.abstract | E-LPPD as a technology is an external factor that can influence employee performance. Employee performance is also influenced by organizational effectiveness. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational effectiveness on employee performance at the Binjai City Regional Secretariat, in particular, analyzing the influence of organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, employee characteristics, policy and management characteristics in implementing E-LPPD on employee performance at the Binjai City Regional Secretariat. Employee performance can be seen through quantity of work, quality of work, use of time, level of attendance and cooperation. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application. The indicators that have the most influence on employee performance are the characteristics of the work environment due to limited human resources considering that there are many reports of the type of E-LPPD that are growing at regional secretariats while the number of employees is still insufficient. Meanwhile, other indicators, organizational characteristics, employee characteristics, policy and management characteristics, do not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Binjai City Regional Secretariat. Based on the results of the analysis and findings from this research, it can be explained in general that organizational effectiveness in general has an effect of 33.8%, which shows that the electronic distribution of Regional Government Implementation Reports is not yet effective. | en_US |
