Studi Perbandingan Metode Hybrid Multi Criteria Decision Making dalam Pemeringkatan Negara-Negara Asean
Comparative Study of Hybrid Multi Criteria Decision Making Method in Ranking Asean Countries
Abstract
This research provides a deeper insight into the use of the Hybrid Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method to rank ASEAN countries based on data from the World Development Indicators (WDI) 2021 which includes various development criteria. The ranking results of the three methods are compared with the 2021 Human Development Index (HDI) ranking. The methods used in this research are Entropy, Entropy-Multi Attribute Utility Theory (Entropy-MAUT), Entropy-Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (Entropy-MOORA), and Entropy-Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (Entropy-EDAS). The Entropy method is used to give weights to the criteria analyzed, while the Entropy-Multi Attribute Utility Theory (Entropy-MAUT), Entropy-Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (Entropy-MOORA), and Entropy-Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (Entropy-EDAS) methods are used to rank alternatives based on predetermined preferences and weights. The ranking results show ASEAN countries that have the best performance based on the criteria considered. The ranking analysis shows that the Entropy-MAUT method provides the closest ranking to the 2021 HDI value, suggesting that this method is more accurate and relevant in the context of ranking ASEAN countries. The comparison results show that Entropy-MAUT is the most effective method among the three methods used in this study to rank the performance of ASEAN countries based on HDI 2021. This method provides the most consistent and accurate results, close to the actual HDI value, thus supporting more informative and reliable decision-making.
