dc.description.abstract | I have carried out research with the title "Design of a Carbon Monoxide (CO) Level Measuring Tool Using the MQ-2 Sensor for Motor Vehicle Exhaust Gases Based on the Internet of Things (IoT). Which uses the following components: Mq 2 Sensor, 18650 Battery, ESP 8266, Internet Of Things/Telegram. The MQ 2 sensor was chosen because of its sensitivity to gases commonly found in exhaust gas, including carbon monoxide. An integrated IoT system allows measured data to be sent directly to a cloud platform for remote analysis and monitoring. microcontroller programming to retrieve data from sensors. Tool testing was carried out using various vehicle exhaust gas simulation scenarios to validate sensor performance and measurement accuracy. I hope that after conducting research and I hope that the test results from my research will show that the designed tool can measure carbon monoxide levels within the expected range with a sufficient level of accuracy. for environmental monitoring applications.
