This research aims to analyze student satisfaction with the MBKM certified independent study program and identify which variables have a significant influence. The variables used are learning materials, learning systems, teachers, facilities and access provided by partners, support from universities, student motivation and interests, final projects, social interactions and assessment systems by partners. This research method is quantitative research. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire in the form of a Google form which was distributed to Indonesian students who had participated in the MBKM certified independent study program. Then, validity and reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, ordinal logistic regression analysis and regression parameter tests were carried out. The research results show that the variables that have a significant influence on student satisfaction with the MBKM certified independent study program include the instructor (x3) and the final project (x7). Meanwhile, the variables that do not have a significant effect include learning materials (x1), system learning (x2), facilities and access provided by partners (x4), support from universities (x5), student motivation and interests (x6), social interactions (x8), and assessment systems by partners (x9). Independent variables influence the assessment of overall student satisfaction with the MBKM certified independent study program by 54.8%. The results of the model interpretation with odds ratios are: (a) the instructor variable (x3) has an odds ratio of 1.43; (b) the final project variable (x7) has an odds ratio of 1.34.
