Perbandingan Metode Defuzzifikasi dalam Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy Metode Mamdani untuk Penentuan Kerentanan Rawan Banjir (Studi Kasus: Kota Medan)
Comparison of Defuzzification Methods on Fuzzy Inference Systems Mamdani Method to Determine Flood-Prone Susceptibility (Case Study: Medan City)
Abstract
Floods are natural disasters caused by large amounts of water pooling in an area. As a city that continues to develop, Medan faces increasingly complex and increasing flood risks. Therefore, a detailed analysis of Medan City's flood vulnerability is very important. This research uses a fuzzy system to identify areas that are more vulnerable and map areas that are safe from the possibility of flood disasters. Several factors influence the calculation process, namely population density, area of river flow, area height, and rainfall. The results of this research are that the Centroid defuzzification method is proven to be superior with a system success rate reaching 76%, compared to the Mean of Maximum (MOM) defuzzification method which is only 48%.
