dc.description.abstractTask division problems can arise in various contexts, such as at work, or on a project. This pro blem usually occurs when there is an imbalance in the distribution of workload, where one party feels burdened or unfair compared to the other party. This problem occurs because the work is carried out by people who do not have experts in their field. In t his context, dividing work based on their abilities is a very important thing to pay attention to. This is none other than so that the Company can achieve its goals and avoid mistakes in managing human resources. One approach to overcome this problem is th e Hungarian method, which has been used in this research. The results show that the Hungarian method produces optimal values.en_US
