dc.description.abstract | Unsafe Behavior is an action / behavior that violates or does not comply with work standards so that it has the opportunity to cause work accidents, such as working at the wrong speed, operating work tools in the wrong way, failure to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), repairing work equipment when the tool is in operation, joking in the workplace. The research is quantitative with a cross- sectional design, and aims to see the relationship the dependent variable (unsafe behavior/unsafe Action) with the independent variable (knowledge factors, training factors, supervision factors) on workers at PT. Indopalma Agro Persada. The population which is also a sample in this study are workers of PT. Indopalma Agro Persada, as many 75 workers. The test used in this study is the pearson product moment test. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (r = 0.424 p = 0.000), training (r = 0.415 p = 0.000), and supervision (r = 0.424 p
= 0.000) with unsafe behavior (unsafe action). In workers at PT. Indopalma Agro Persada. The degree of relationship between variables in this study was low correlation with negative relationship direction, it can be concluded that knowledge, training and supervision have a significant relationship to unsafe behavior. Workers' knowledge must still be increased again regarding the risk of occupational safety and health hazards in the work environment, and workers must receive specialized training in the field of work to reduce the level of accidents and the risk of hazards in the workplace and supervision must always be carried out but with a higher and more intensive supervision frequency. | en_US |
