dc.description.abstract | Reporting is one of the management functions in the form of conveying progress and results of activities or providing information regarding all matters related to the task. Data regarding Occupational Accidents (CAC) in Indonesia, especially in public health facilities, has not been well recorded. It is known that work accidents with the highest frequency in hospitals are needle sticks, injuries caused by fragments of sharp objects, injuries caused by metal teeth cleaning drills, skin contact with blood and body fluids. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the culture of reporting work accidents among nurses at RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen in 2022. This research design is cross sectional with a sample size of 200 respondents. Data processing was carried out using univariate, bivariate analysis using the chi square test and multivariate analysis using the linear regression test. The five significant variables are leadership (0.001), co-worker support (0.001), motivation (0.018). It is hoped that hospital management should carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of the heads of nursing work units regarding reporting work accidents and developing teamwork in each nurse work unit, so that it is hoped that gaps will not occur between work groups. | en_US |
