dc.description.abstract | Generation Z or commonly called Gen Z has begun to enter the workforce in
recent years, which requires organizations to begin to understand the
characteristics and values that Gen Z embraces. Based on research, Gen Z is said
to have an attitude that tends to change jobs with a fast time span, this is also
related to organizational commitment. There is an HR management called talent
management. This research uses a correlational quantitative method with 100
respondents determined using purposive sampling technique. The data collection
technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form and is adapted from
the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire measuring instrument by Allen
and Meyer (1990) consist ing of 20 items and the Integrated Talent Management
Scale by Jayaraman et al (2018) consists ing of 21 items. The analysis technique
used in this researc h is correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that
(1) There is a positive relationship between talent management on affective
commitment of Gen Z employees; (2) There is a positive relationship between
talent management on normative commit ment of Gen Z employees and ( 3 ) There
is no positive relationship between talent management on contin uance
commitment of Gen Z employees. | en_US |
