dc.description.abstractSalt Water Intrusion is event that representated by infiltrate sea water into an aquifer in ground water. This event can happened by several things, for example : usage the water too much, changes of farm function and deforestation of mangrove. One of the negative impact from the happening of salt water intrusion is generate change of ground water quality, so that ground water can`t be used as standard water. The analysis methode to predicted a salt water intrusion are by taking sample irrigate well testing with a parameter of chloride, and Electric Conductivity. And than salt water intrusion research is also measure influence of chloride rate to some estimated factor can influence chloride ion concentration in ground water, that factor such as the well situation from coastline, amount of usage of water, permeability and deepness of well. From the result of examination about drill well at Belawan Region, that concentrate of chloride are still on under 250 mg/L can conclude that the water from drill well on Belawan Region doesn`t have entering a salt wateren_US
