Lycopene has the highest antioxidant activity found in cherry tomatoes, It is around 60 to 64%. Continuous usage of the chemical fertilizers can damage the soil and disrupt the balance of the nutrients that decrease the cherry tomato productivity. An attempt to increase the productivity of cherry tomato basically require addition of the organic compounds. One of the methods to increase the organic compound is the usage of biosacca as an elicitor. The research aimed to determine the best elicitor biosacca concentration to apply in order to evoke the productivity and lycopene level of cherry tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L. var. cerasiforme). The research was carried out experimentally using a Non-Factoral Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 concentrations of biosacca (1.5; 2.5; 3.5 and 3.5 ml/L of water) and without biosacca. The results of research show that biosacca made the plant height, the number of petioles, the number of fruits per plant, the age at flowering, the wet weight, the dry weight increase significantly. However, it has no effect on the lycopene level of cherry tomatoes. A biosaka concentration of 4.5 ml/L give the highest results for the variables of treatments such as the plant height is up to 167.8 cm, the number of petiole is 62.8 petioles, the number of fruit is 19.6, the age at flowering is 44.4 days, the wet weight is 740 g and finally the dry weight is up to 125.1 g.en_US
