dc.description.abstract | Pre-designed stearamide is olanned to produce with a capacity of 6.700 tons/year and operate for 330 days a year. The planned factory location is on JL. Lintas Sumatera- Galang, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera, with a required land area of 15,634 m2. The workforce required to operate the factory is 1000 people. The planned business entry form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) and the organizational form is a line and staff system organization. The result of the analysis economic aspects of the stearamide factory, are: Investment Capital : Rp 239.775.021.773,- Production Cost Per Year : Rp 117.987.011.141,- Sales Revenue per year : Rp 208.000.000.000,- Net Profit per year : Rp 59.913.637.590,- Profit Margins : 41,110% Break Event Point : 49,500% Return og Investment : 24,980% Pay out Time : 4 Years Return of Network : 41,640% Internal Rate of Return : 22,50% From the economic analysis results, it can be concluded that the Stearamide Plant is feasible to established | en_US |
