dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted to find risk control measures for risks identified through hazard identification for each job in the warehouse and factory construction project. The population in this study consisted of all safety staff, supervisors, and project mechanics of PT. Agri First's building and factory construction projects, totaling 15 individuals. The sample for this research comprised 13 individuals, selected using random sampling method. This study employed both primary and secondary data. The method used was HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determining Control), utilizing IBM SPSS version 20 to ensure the validity and reliability of the data. The results of this study indicated that before implementing controls, there were 2 extreme risk hazards (12.5%), 4 high-risk hazards (25%), and 10 moderate-risk hazards (62.5%). After implementing controls, there were no longer any extreme or high- risk hazards, with remaining moderate-risk hazards numbering 9 (56.25%) and low-risk hazards numbering 7 (43.75%) | en_US |
