Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Merokok pada Siswa di SMK Swasta PAB 5 Klambir V Kebun Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Smoking is a complex issue involving psychological aspects and social symptoms. Numerous studies have acknowledged that smoking negatively affects health. Students who have started smoking tend to become lazy in their studies. preferring to smoke and socialize with their friends. Adolescent smokers who decide to continue smoking exhibit an increasing frequency of smoking. This study aims to describe tire factors influencing smoking among students at SMK PAB 5 Klambir V Kebun, Hamparon Perak District. Deli Serdang Regency. This qualitative descriptive study seeks to identify tire factors influencing smoking among students. The total population of the study is 125 students with a sample size of 95 students selected using purposive sampling. The study employs univariate analysis The results reveal that psychological factors (83.2%), ot1it11des (78.9%). kn01r!edge (68.4%). and social environment (73.7%) influence s/1/dents' smoking behavior. Tire conclusion is that psychogical factors are the most influential. With 79 students (83.2%) being affected.
