Analisis Struktur Batin pada Lirik Lagu رحمة للعالمين /Rahmatun Lil ‘ālamīn/ Dinyanyikan oleh Maher Zain

Abstract

This study discusses the inner structure of the lyrics of the song "رحمة للعالمين " (Rahmatun Lil ‘ālamīn). Its aim is to identify the types of inner structures present in the lyrics of this song. The researcher chose to analyze this song due to its popularity and widespread recognition among the public. The study is based on library research and utilizes descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques include observation and note-taking. The study is grounded in Waluyo's theory (1987). The results indicate that the inner structure of the song " رحمة للعالمي ن " (Rahmatun Lil ‘ālamīn) consists of: (a) Theme, focusing on religious themes. (b) Emotion, expressing the poet's feelings of love and admiration towards Prophet Muhammad SAW. (c) Tone, filled with conviction. (d) Message, conveying the message to love Prophet Muhammad SAW, who brings mercy to all and the entire universe, and urging to send blessings upon him, emulate his character, and implement his teachings. This study is intriguing as it not only explores the inner structure of the song's lyrics but also connects it with religious and social contexts.
