    Abstract
CV. Kotama Shoes is a craft industry that operate ini the field of shoe production. This company can produce ± 8.000 – 9.000 pairs of shoes per year with 3 different types of shoes. Shoes made from leather are the most widely produced type of shoe. Companies often experience overstock conditions or excess inventory. This results in a buildup of goods in the warehouse and causes damage to the quality of leather raw materials. This research aims to estimate the correct number of raw material orders, estimate the amount of reserve raw materials and compare the total inventory costs incurred between actual conditions and the proposed method. The method used are Single Exponential Smoothing, Monte Carlo and Continuous Review (s,S) Systems Method which start from forecasting demand then calculating inventory policy. The study results showed that the Monte Carlo method is categorized as very good in predicting demand for leather raw materials and using the continuous review (s,S) systems, the optimal number of raw material orders was 1.565 ft2 with a safety stock of 91 ft2, and the resulting total inventory cost was IDR 6.458.086 and experienced savings of 44,6% or IDR 5.202.614 from existing condition. This study is expected to help determine the optimal number of raw material orders, the amount of safety stock, and the maximum inventory level required to prevent overstock conditions, and is expected to minimize total inventory costs
