This research aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and personal bransing in final year students at the Faculty of Vocational Studies, University of North Sumatra based on interview results. Vocational students at the University of North Sumatra are still less prepared to enter the world of work. In this research, the number of respondents used was 100 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. Data collection for the self-confidence scale constructed by Cino Pernando Manalu consisted of 20 items, while for the personal branding scale used a Likert scale constructed by researchers with a total of 16 items. The data obtained was processed using a correlational test using the application Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) version 18. Based on the correlation test carried out, it was obtained 0.78 (p < 0.05), so this research proves that there is a relationship between self-confidence and personal bransing in final year students.
