Peran Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) dalam Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Medan

Abstract

The role of the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) plays a role in collecting levies in each region. The Medan City PTSP DPM also has a role in Increasing Medan City Regional Original Revenue. This study aims to find out the role of DPM PTSP through the level or decrease of levy in DPM PTSP every year. The researcher took data from the DPM PTSP of the Medan City Government, and conducted a direct interview by the Secretary of the Service and the Finance Division of the DPM PTSP regarding the role of the Service in the PAD produced. The results of the study show that the DPM PTSP Medan City Government plays a role in collecting levies every year. This can be proven in 2021 DPM PTSP realized a budget of 47,400,456,551 out of the set budget of 37,626,439,593 with a percentage of 125.98%. In 2022-2023 PTSP DPM has decreased, this is due to the arrears of the Building Permit (IMB) levy. So that there was a decrease in Regional Original Revenue (PAD) generated by DPM PTSP. DPM PTSP seeks to increase PAD through supervision of IMB.
