Energy is one of the essential needs for humans to support various activities, one of which is household electricity. The limitations of the distribution network and Indonesia's extreme geographical conditions have led to unequal development in the energy sector, resulting in social, educational, and economic disparities in society. This is the reason for the researchers to apply and test a hydroelectric power generation technology, namely PAT (Pump as Turbine), to utilize the water energy potential in a remote area that has not yet had electricity access. From the PAT testing in Sionom Hudon VII village, Dusun Bantoon, utilizing a small river flow with a 6 m head, channeled through a 50 m pipe using a centrifugal pump with a 4-inch inlet diameter and a closed impeller type, at a water discharge of 0.021 m³/s, tested with load variations of 0, 100, 200, 300, 400 watts, resulting in PAT power output of 260.6 watts with a maximum efficiency of 37.44% at a load of 200 watts and a maximum torque of 6.45 Nm at a load of 400 watts
