Rancang Bangun Alat Pemanen Energi Gelombang Laut Menggunakan Generator Dc dengan Monitoring Berbasis Internet of Thing ESP 32
Design of a Sea Waves Energy Harvesting Tool Using a Dc Generator with Internet of Thing-Based Monitoring ESP 32
Abstract
There is a technology that is currently being developed through energy harvesting, energy harvesting using sources from ocean waves and ocean currents using dc generators ranging from coastline harvesters, sea surface to the seabed. With the monitoring system of voltage and electric current generated from the ocean wave energy harvesting device, the voltage and current conditions of the dc generator will be monitored integrated with ESP32 which is connected to a smartphone and computer via an internet connection. ESP32 commands the voltage sensor and ACS712 sensor to read the measurement, the measurement results will be sent to Blynk IoT and displayed on the smartphone and computer screen. The highest reading produced by the harvesting system on data-13 is around 18.72V and 0.187A for the lowest reading on data-14 is around 2.82V and 0.028A. The power generated by the highest harvesting system is about 3.5Watt and for the lowest power is about 0.078Watt, the largest sensor reading error on data-7 is about 6.36% and the lowest sensor reading error on data-44 is about 0.01%. The monitoring system runs well after testing, can update the reading data every 1 second in the form of a graph format in realtime
