dc.description.abstractConsumptive credit is the second most popular type of credit by customers at PT. BPR Solider Pancur Batu, but not always credit can run smoothly. Objective: This study aims to determine how to handle problematic consumer credit at PT. BPR Solider Pancur Batu to increase profitability at PT. BPR Solider Pancur Batu. This research uses the interview method with the Head of Credit Section and Head of Operations at PT. BPR Solider Pancur Batu. The results of observations to deal with problematic consumer credit in order to increase profitability are by taking a persuasive approach to debtors, restructuring, giving 3 warning letters, and executing collateral.en_US
