The Website-Based Student Complaint System of SMA Negeri 6 Medan is a technology platform that aims to improve efficiency in handling student complaints in an educational environment. This system is designed to provide an integrated solution in managing the complaint process effectively and responsively at SMA Negeri 6 Medan. The research method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and system implementation and maintenance. The system was developed using various modern web technologies such as HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database. The main features of the system include complaint reporting. The result of this research is the implementation of a system that facilitates the student complaint process more efficiently and transparently. It is expected that the use of this system will increase user satisfaction, improve responses to complaints, and increase efficiency in handling problems at SMA Negeri 6 Medan.
