Evaluasi Fraksi PDI Perjuangan terhadap Kinerja Gubernur Sumatera Utara Tahun 2018-2023

Abstract

This thesis is motivated by the evaluation of the PDI-Puangan faction on the performance of the Governor of North Sumatra in 2018-2023. This thesis aims to explain how the evaluation conducted by the PDI-Perjuangan faction on the performance of the Governor of North Sumatra in 2018-2023. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is on social reality and interactive relationships. Data collection techniques using in-depth interview techniques and through literature studies. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the political attitude of the PDI-Perjuangan faction towards the provincial government is as an opposition or outside the government. The political evaluation of the PDI-Perjuangan faction is described in the Faction's General View of the North Sumatra Governor's LKPJ 2018-2023. From this research, it can be concluded that the PDI-Perjuangan faction's assessment of the performance of the North Sumatra governor in 2018-2023 is received annually with notes. The evaluation is based on the BPK RI assessment of the 2018-2023 North Sumatra provincial government, and its vision and work program.
