Hubungan Pengetahuan K3 Proyek Konstruksi Terhadap Perilaku Tenaga Kerja dan Kecelakaan Kerja di Kota Medan (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Jalur Layang Kereta Api Lintas Medan Binjai)

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between K3 knowledge of construction projects to labor behavior and work accidents in the city of Medan, where K3 knowledge is a dependent variable while labor behavior and work accidents are independent variables. The population in this study is workers of the railway overpass construction project across Medan Binjai, with a population of 85 people. The sample in this study is 46 people, the sampling method of this study uses the random sampling method. This type of research is a research that uses primary data. The method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method, using IBM SPSS version 20, the results in this study show that partially neither labor behavior nor work accidents have a significant relationship with K3 knowledge, it is known by comparing t calculations with t tables and a sig value greater than 0.05, while simultaneously the variables of labor behavior and occupational accidents have a significant relationship with K3 knowledge, it is known by comparing F calculation with F table and a significant value smaller than 0.05. The value of the determination coefficient in this study was 0.375 which means that the indipendent variable was related to the dependent variable of 37.5%.
