Es in North Tapanuli District play a crucial role in the local economy, making a significant contribution to GDP growth, employment opportunities, and community empowerment. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, this research aims to analyze the role of monetary and fiscal policies in the success of UMKM. Hypothesis testing indicates that monetary policy, particularly through the KUR program, and fiscal policy, with tax incentives and exemptions, have a positive and significant impact on the success of MSMEs in North Tapanuli District. Moreover, fiscal policy plays a significant mediating role in strengthening the relationship between monetary policy and the success of MSMEs. The results of this study highlight the importance of effective coordination between fiscal and monetary policies to support the growth of MSMEs and provide a foundation for more targeted policy recommendations in line with the local context.en_US
