Hasundutan Regency. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis
using frequency table method, and cross table analysis (chii square test). The team took
a sample of 10 people so that the total sample reached 72 people. The results of the
research show that the level/degree of women's participation in Musreinbangdeis in
Liintongniihuta District has only reached the fifth rung, namely the Peineintraman
(Placatiion) ladder with a value of 3.95, which means that suggestions from the
community are accepted but not always implemented. The factors of age, level of
education, communication from the village office to the community and the factors of
village leadership each have a significant relationship with the activeness of the
community and participation in the Musreinbangdeis in Lintongniihuta District.
Meanwhile, job type factors, resignation and length of stay are thought to not have a
significant relationship to the activity of employee participation in Musreinbangdeis
