Analisis Efektivitas Bantuan Ternak Pemerintah terhadap Peningkatan Populasi Ternak di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation mechanism and effectiveness of the government's livestock assistance program in Humbang Hasundutan Regency towards increasing its livestock population. The sampling technique in this research used saturated samples or the entire sample of 104 respondents (27 cow pienieres and 77 kierbau pienieres). The research method used is a quantitative method with the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The results of the research show that the mechanism for implementing the livestock and buffalo assistance program in Humbang Hasundutan Regency has been implemented in accordance with the Regional Regulation of North Sumatera Province Number 51 of 2001 with the stages of outreach, assistance, distribution, assistance and monitoring/evaluation. It was concluded that the government's program of assistance for the government's livestock was less effective and had an impact on increasing the population of livestock in the Humbang Hasundutan Regency, this was in accordance with the achieved effectiveness ratio of 71,25%.
