dc.description.abstractIn the digital era, monitoring and measuring nutrient levels is becoming increasingly important to ensure the quality and safety of food products. This research develops an automatic vitamin C level measuring device using the acid-acid titration method integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system is designed to perform manual. This tool uses a pH sensor to detect the titration endpoint, an ESP32 microcontroller to control the titration process, and an IoT module for data communication. Test results show that the device is capable of measuring vitamin C levels with high accuracy and good consistency. Integration with IoT enables remote monitoring and digital storage of data, providing significant gains in efficiency and reliability of the measurement process. This innovation is expected to be applied in various industries, including food and pharmaceutical, to improve overall product quality control.en_US
