Pra Rancangan Pabrik Pembuatan Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dengan Kapasitas Produksi 39.600 Ton/Tahun

Abstract

Pre-design of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) factory with a production capacity of 39,600 tons/year and operating for 330 days a year. The main process in the pre-design of this factory consists of five stages, namely the raw material preparation stage, the cooking stage, the release of the grain, the stage of crushing the grain, and the screening stage. The amount of FFB required to reach annual production capacity is 5,500 kg/hour. The planned factory location is in Karang Tengah Village, Serbajadi District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. with a total factory area of 13,640 m2. The water requirement at this factory is supplied from the Snake River as much as 4,161,788 kg/hour. The planned form of company organization is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line and staff organizational structure, and a total of 143 employees. The economic analysis results on this preliminary plant design are as follows:  Capital Investment (CI) = Rp 271.127.526.088  Total Cost (TC) = Rp 394.530.049.264  Profit Margin (PM) = 20,52%  Break Even Point (BEP) = 32,59%  Return On Investment (ROI) = 26,36%  Pay Out Time (POT) = 3 tahun 10 bulan  Return On Network (RON) = 43,93%  Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 28,463% Based on the results of the economic analysis, it can be concluded that the factory for making Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is feasible to be established
