Drying is an important activity in the food production chain. The drying process is much more advanced in developing countries than in western countries. Drying is often used for food preservatives and avoids yield losses of agricultural products. The purpose of this study was to obtain the efficiency of air flow rate in solar collectors and drying time. One drying technology that can speed up drying time is to vary the air speed in the drying chamber. In this study, airspeeds varied by 1, 1.5, and 2 m/s. Samples of coffee beans with an initial weight of 1500 g simultaneously. In a gradual 22-hour interval starting at 08.00, the decrease in time reached 12% is collector 1 with a value of 732 grams. The highest efficiency value of the three collectors from October 9-11, 2023 is October 09, 2023, namely; 85% at collector one at 14.00 WIB. The best collector in the test is collector I because the incoming energy and energy used are quite high, so the energy lost is not greater than the energy used. High airflow speed does not guarantee high energy use
