The need for refrigeration equipment cannot be separated from human life because it is used to store various objects such as raw materials for food, drinks and medicine. The refrigerator is one of these cooling devices. However, the large dimensions of the refrigerator are very difficult to carry everywhere, therefore it is necessary to develop a cooling device that is environmentally friendly, effective and energy efficient. The purpose of this research is to find out the temperature that can be achieved from the cooling box, the air flow rate that occurs in the cooling box, and the performance of the cooling box. After carrying out the CFD simulation, the lowest temperature that can be achieved from the thermoelectric cooling box for 8 hours based on the simulation data is 17,549 °C. In the simulation the air flow rate that occurs in the thermoelectric cooling box is turbulent flow where the air flow rate is 8,94 m/s where the air flow velocity is high and the fluid flows in irregular layers or moves randomly, and the COP value of the thermoelectric cooler box based on simulation data is 0,1129.en_US
