dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the added value of fish crackers processing and also the feasibility of fish crackers business in South Sibolga District, Sibolga City. The research location was determined deliberately with 2 cracker entrepreneur respondents determined using the census method. The analysis method used is the calculation of Hayami value added and calculating feasibility with the R/C ratio. The results showed that the value added of fish crackers processing was Rp 225,721.14/Kg with a value-added ratio of 55.22%. Fish crackers business income amounted to Rp 5,573,076.35/month. The business feasibility analysis is 1.74>1, so that the fish cracker processing business is feasible.en_US
