Spare part procurement activities are crucial processes to support the smooth operation of activities within a company. PT United Tractors Tbk Branch Medan, as a distributor of heavy equipment, has the responsibility to support the use of its products through after-sales services, namely spare part procurement and service provision. The emergence of risks in the spare part procurement process at the warehouse can potentially hinder the handling of customer requests for immediate repair and maintenance of heavy equipment units in the field. PT United Tractors Tbk Branch Medan faces procurement risks such as delays in the delivery of spare parts from suppliers due to limited availability of spare part quantities. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the risks associated with the spare part procurement process in the company's warehouse and provide appropriate mitigation recommendations. The Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method is used to identify the relationships between risks. Then, the House of Risk (HOR) method is employed to determine priority risks and design appropriate mitigation actions. The analysis results indicate the existence of 44 risk events and 40 risk agents. From the ISM results, risks are classified into twenty-six levels, and 4 sectors of MICMAC analysis are obtained, resulting in 22 risks identified as priorities. Based on the analysis, 12 risk mitigation actions are recommended for the company. Spare part scarcity is identified as the main risk, with the risk mitigation recommendation being routine Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) analysis and adding minimum stock at the warehouse.
