dc.description.abstract | The plantation sector, such as tea, has a complex supply chain. PTPN IV Unit Teh Tobasari is a tea plantation company with an extensive supply chain, ranging from the picking of raw materials on the plantation, processing in the factory, and distribution to the both local and international markets. The production process at PTPN IV Unit Teh Tobasari is not without various issues. Delays in raw material not arriving as scheduled. Theses delays are coumpounded by disruptions in the processing machinery, which can hinder or even halt production. Therefore, it is necessary to design mitigation action to minimize and pervent risk. This study aims to identify risk-causing factors using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model and formulate effective risk mitigation policies based on risk priority agents using the House of Risk (HOR) approach. The risk identification results in House of Risk I indicate 21 risk events and 12 risk agents, with 4 priority risk agents where the cumulative frequency value of Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) is 76,82%. Based on the priority risk agents, 7 proposed risk mitigation actions are formulated in House of Risk II. The most effective and easily implementable mitigation action based in the Effectiveness to Difficulty value is conducting analysis and evaluation of employee performance (PA1). | en_US |
