T. Mutiara Mukti Farma (MUTIFA) is a company operating in the pharmaceutical industry making medicines in Medan City which has been established since 1975. This company has experienced various disruptions such as the COVID-19 pandemic which has resulted in the medicine production process being delayed because it still relies on imported materials. standard in other countries. Cases of acute kidney failure in children which caused a temporary halt in the production process because several products had to be re-operated. Apart from that, disruptions such as mycroplasmic pneumonia outbreaks cause variations in customer demand which tends to change according to the situation. These disruptions cause vulnerabilities in the company's supply chain activities, resulting in the company's inability to meet customer demand. So the aim of this research is to identify vulnerability and capability factors in the supply chain for which strategies can be proposed to increase supply chain resilience (SCR) in companies. Factor identification was carried out using the DEMATEL-based ANP method to determine the relationship between factors that influence each other and determine the priority weighting of vulnerability and capability factors. The results of this research show that there are 4 factors and 11 sub-factors of vulnerability and 12 factors and 19 sub-factors of capability in PT. MUTIFA. The DEMATEL method is based on ANPkan turbulence and towards tightness in the manufacturing process into the highest factors and subfactors in the global vulnerability factor weight. Meanwhile, adaptability and alternative suppliers are the highest factors and subfactors in the weight of the global capability factor. Based on the identification of these highest factors, several effective strategies are proposed, including integrated supply chain risk management, supply chain collaboration, digital connectivity, supply chain automation and source localization/regionalization so as to increase the company's resilience when disruptions occur at any time.en_US
