Abstract
Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage has become an attractive destination for local and international tourists. Looking at business opportunities, Mother Novika established a specialty cooking company. Based on the problem with Nanami, it is necessary to design a business plan using the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) method to determine the customer profile and value map as the basis of the value proposition that will be used to compile the Business Model Canvas. The result of the business plan analysis at Nanami is a business model canvas (BMC) with nine main parts, namely: customer segments (customer segments), revenue streams (cost streams), key resources (key resources), key activities (promotion of social media, family arisan, selling at local culinary events), customer relationships (discount purchase of big parties, quick service, customer feedback), sales of products (farmers at home eating), and key sources (promotions of poultry, sale of fish, sales of masks, sales partners) (fixed cost and variable cost). as an alternative to the mapping of the business plan of Nanami's UMKM.
