This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Perception of Benefit and Perception of Convenience on the Decision to Use Digital Payments Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among Vocational Students Majoring in Finance 2021-2023. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis techniques. The number of samples in this research was 60 respondents from Vocational Students majoring in Finance 2021-2023. This research uses a quantitative approach method using primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of Financial Literacy on the decision to use Student QRIS among students at the Vocational Faculty of North Sumatra University. There is a positive and significant influence of perceived benefits on the decision to use QRIS for students at the Vocational Faculty of North Sumatra University. There is a positive and significant influence of the perception of ease on the decision to use student QRIS among students at the Vocational Faculty of the University of North Sumatra. There is a simultaneous influence on the Financial Literacy variables, Perception of Benefits and Perception of Ease of Decision to Use QRIS for Students at the University of North Sumatra
