Peranan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) dalam Optimalisasi Investasi di Kota Medan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in optimizing investment in Medan City. The research method used is a qualitative approach by conducting direct interviews with related parties. The main findings highlight DPMPTSP's efforts in facilitating the investment process, identifying the obstacles faced, and their impact on local economic growth. The research results reveal the important role of DPMPTSP in creating a conducive investment environment, which is able to attract investor interest through investment promotion and simplifying the licensing process through the OSS (Online Single Submission) program. The implications of this research provide insight into the need to optimize the role of DPMPTSP and integrated services to strengthen investment infrastructure in Medan City, advancing the local economy in a sustainable manner.
