Temperature Monitoring and Control System for The Conversion of LDPE Waste Plastic Into Crude Oil Integrated Blynk
Abstract
Globally, more than 100 million tonnes of plastic are created every year, and discarded items are now often found in landfills. Plastic is now a widely used material in everyday life, and its many characteristics-such as lightness, adaptabil-ity, and durability-can play a major role in achieving sustainable development. This research is designed to create a Monitoring and Temperature Control System for the Conversion of LDPE Plastic Waste into Crude Oil Integrated with Blynk. The fact that plastics often consist of several polymers or fibers can be added to plastics (composites) to provide additional strength is a common challenge for plastic re-cycling. This can make the recycling process more difficult. The purpose of making this tool is to help recycle plastic waste, especially LDPE plastic waste using the pyrolysis method by utilizing the sensors contained in this tool which are connected to the Blynk application for real-time monitoring. The pyrolysis method is used in-stead of other traditional plastic waste management techniques, there are a number of benefits. For example, most plastic waste that is recycled is recycled, which means that it is used to make lower-quality and less functional items. This is due to the tendency of plastics to lose their quality. Pyrolysis is the process of thermally decomposing plastic waste at various temperatures (between 300 and 900°C) with-out the presence of oxygen to produce gaseous and liquid fuels. In conclusion, this research designs a Monitoring and Temperature Control System tool on the LDPE Type Plastic Waste Conversion Tool into Crude Oil Integrated with Blynk.
