Analisis Pengaruh Manajemen Laba dan Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Komisaris Independen sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Emiten LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

This research aims lo determine the effects of Profit Management and Leverage on Company Value with an independent Commissioner as a moderating variable in Lq45 issuer of the Indonesia Stock &change. This is causal associative research that employs quantitative data obtained from companies' financial statement, that have been audited during the research period. The research population is made up all companies 1ha1 are included in I.Q45 in the 2017-2021 period. The total population of the company is 66 companies. Based on the result of purposive sampling, the number of observations that meet the sample criteria is 140 observations consisting of 28 companies that included in LQ45 for 5 consecutive years. The research employs panel data regression technique and moderation regression analysis with the aid of the £views program.

The research results indicate that: (I) Profit management has a negative and significant effect on company value. (2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on company value. (3) Independent Commissioner is able to moderate the effect of profit management on company value. (4) Independent Commissioner is not able to moderate the effect of leverage on company value.
