dc.description.abstractInsurance companies run due to agent performance factors. This study aims to determine the performance of manulife life insurance agents to increase profitability at PT. Manulife Life Insurance Medan Branch. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data by distributing questionnaires to agents of Manulife Life Insurance Medan Branch. The results of this study indicate that to see the performance of quality agents, it is necessary to pay attention to agent factors, agent indicators, agent assessment criteria, commissions and agent sales targets to increase profitability and actions taken by the company PT. Manulife Life Insurance Medan Branch if agents do not meet targets.en_US
