dc.description.abstractAn employee's success in their performance will be known if she/he has employee engagement and self-efficacy which is also supported by innovative work behavior. This research aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and self-efficacy on employee performance through innovative work behavior at PT Asam Jawa Medan. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research. The research samples are 125 respondents and the sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis used in this research is the outer model and inner model with the SmartPLS program. The results of this research indicate that the variables of employee engagement, self-efficacy and innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The employee engagement variable has no positive and insignificant effect on innovative work behavior and employee engagement variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance through innovative work behavior.en_US
