dc.description.abstractThis study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the "Suver" mobile application, used by the Social Services Department of Medan City for social assistance verification and proposals. The background of this research is the issue of inaccurate social assistance recipient data often caused by inaccurate data and time-consuming manual processes. With the "Suver" application, it is expected to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accessibility in the distribution of social assistance. This research employs the Design Thinking methodology, which consists of the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. The expected outcome is a mobile application with a user-friendly interface and optimal user experience that can expedite the verification and proposal process of social assistance while reducing administrative burdens. This study also aims to provide an innovative solution for the Social Services Department of Medan City to improve service to the community.en_US
