dc.description.abstract | Blind people generally use a cane as a guiding tool in daily activities.
Advances and developments in technology make an equipment with an
arduino-based ultrasonic sensor that helps people to move more freely.
Ultrasonic sensors work by utilizing ultrasonic waves as transmitters and
calculating distances with time difference. Ultrasonic sensor sensitivity
from 2cm to 200cm. The data management used is an Arduino
microcontroller and output in the form of sound from a buzzer, and has the
feature of detecting the user's presence via GPS if the push button is
