importance of having an effective system to manage inventory. Currently, Toko
Madani Frozen conducts manual inventory tracking, which involves writing down
data in books, a process that can be time-consuming, especially when generating stock
reports. In an effort to improve customer service quality and operational efficiency,
Toko Madani Frozen is planning to implement a web-based inventory management
system. This Information System is designed using PHP programming language and
utilizes MySQL database. In the website development process, applications like
XAMPP and Visual Studio Code are employed. This research is expected to assist
business owners in creating a website to facilitate inventory management, thereby
