Implementasi Sistem Informasi Kearsipan SRIKANDI pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to unveil the implementation of the SRIKANDI archival information system in the Communications and Informatics Service of North Sumatra Province. The study is descriptive quantitative research. The population consists of North Sumatra Province Communication and Informatics Service employees who have access to and use the SRIKANDI application. A total sampling technique was used, resulting in a sample of 19 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly at the research location. The data analysis results were assessed using performance indicators (reliability) with a total score of 178, information indicators with a total score of 152, economic indicators with a total score of 151, control indicators (supervision) with a total score of 188, efficiency indicators with a total score of 457, and service indicators with a total score of 261. By using the PIECES framework for analysis, this study's findings reveal that implementing the SRIKANDI archival information system at the Communication and Informatics Service of North Sumatra Province is considered good, with a total score of 1,401.
