dc.description.abstractThis research aims to find similarities and differences between the types of phrases in formal and informal Presentative languages found in two languages, namely English and French by comparing the two languages. The theory used in this study is based on the Presentative phrases Chollet. In English Types of formal and informal languages Alexander case and in French types of Formal and Informal Languages Hart. The data analysis of this study describes the formal and Informal language Presentative phrases of movies that have been watched on You Tube and read the Textbooks analysis the data. The titled film Not broken (2022) and Charade (1963), and from text books Mastering Formal and Informal in Daily Life written by Nihar Awanie. After analysing data the researcher found 20 phrases in formal and informal languages, consisting of 10 formal languages and 10 informal.en_US
